Arlean, trata de entrar en modo seguro, se debe poder, ahi deshabilitas la opcion que dice:

y tambien usas la opcion que dice: "La ultima configuracion buena conocida".

Eloy, vine a dar a tu post , gracias a la recomendación de Baduser...estoy teniendo problemas con la bsod, la cual surge inmediatamente despues de q el mouse y el teclado se queden pegados ( congelados ). Voy a probar esta herramienta, espero q me sirva . Gracias

Segun la aplicación estas fueron las razones de mis pantallazos!! me podrian ayudar con los drivers? como debo actualizarlos? no poseo los cd's que vinieron con mi pc =S

Yo no veo problema de controladores...

Intenta hacer una restauracion de sistema a una fecha anterior de cuando te mandó el primer pantallazo azul.

Eso pasa cuando instalamos algun software o hardware que no es compatible con nuestro sistema o cuando no hemos dado mantenimiento de software y hardware a nuestro equipo, considera hacerlo.
